Route planning
Follow assigned customer routes in the van sales app.
Routes define the sequence of customers a salesperson should visit. Routes, vans, visit days, and salesman coverage are set up in Web Admin; the van app shows today’s plan.

How routes work
- Administrator creates warehouse locations, vans, areas, and routes in Web Admin
- Customers are assigned to routes; Visit Schedules set which weekdays each customer is visited
- Each route has a default salesman (and van); Route Days can assign another salesman for a specific day
- Salesperson opens the van app and sees today’s customers in visit order
- Visits and sales are recorded against the van location
Viewing your route
- Open the van app home screen
- Tap My Route or Today's Visits
- Customers are listed in visit order for your assigned day
- Tap a customer to start a visit or create a sale

Salespeople follow the plan in the van app — they do not create routes, vans, or visit schedules there. That is done under Routes Planning in Web Admin.
